RETURNS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This includes all relevant shipping details as well as a tracking number, which allows you to check the current status of your delivery at any time.
If you placed your order through a customer account, you can also view the order status in your account under “Orders”.
If you checked out as a guest, you can still track your order. Simply log in using the email address used for your purchase under “Account”. You will then receive a one-time login code by email and can view your order in the “Orders” section. Alternatively, you can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.
The name of the shipping provider responsible for delivering your parcel, as well as the status of your order, can be accessed via the methods described in the section “How can I track the status of my order?”.
If your tracking number does not work or appears as invalid, there is no reason for concern, as it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping information to be transferred from the carrier’s system into ours.
During this period, the information related to your order may be incomplete, or the tracking number may be displayed as “not available”.
For this reason, we recommend checking again 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email. The tracking information is updated directly by the shipping provider.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Log in here using the email address you used for your purchase. Then select the relevant order and click “Request a return”. Follow the subsequent instructions.
After your request has been reviewed, you will receive a return label as well as further information regarding the return process.
If you use the return label provided by us, a fee of €5.00 per return will be charged. This amount will be deducted directly from your refund.
Please ensure that the items are returned unworn, undamaged, free of signs of use, and with all tags attached.

Please complete all required fields and describe the defect as accurately as possible. If you contact us via the contact form, please have clear images of the defect ready. Our customer service team may request them during the further course of communication, if needed.
This allows us to review your request more quickly and get back to you with the next steps.

ORDERS
Klarna is a flexible payment option that allows you to complete your order conveniently and pay at a later date.
Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping bag and select Klarna as your payment method at checkout. You will then be asked to enter the required information and will be informed directly whether Klarna can offer you the selected payment option.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Klarna will also inform you in good time about upcoming payment deadlines and further details regarding your payment.

For security reasons, first-time orders may, in some cases, only be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder.
To avoid delays in the processing of your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address shown on your card statement. Please also make sure to enter the cardholder’s name exactly as it appears on the card.
Please also check that your contact details have been entered correctly, so that we can reach you in case of any questions or to verify your order.
If you experience difficulties when placing your order, we recommend the following steps:

- Select a different payment method, if necessary.

If your order has been cancelled, please first check the following points:
Contact your bank or payment provider to ensure that there is no security check or restriction on your payment card.
If necessary, place a new order and make sure that the billing address, cardholder name and all other payment and account details are entered correctly.
Please also check whether there are any shipping restrictions or DHL limitations for your destination country.

To ensure that your order can be delivered reliably, we kindly ask you to check your delivery address carefully before completing your order, making sure it is complete, correct and deliverable.
Providing a correct delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. After the order has been confirmed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.
However, if you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us without delay via our contact form so that we can check whether a cancellation is still possible.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been confirmed or to add additional items to an existing order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shopping in our online store is simple.
On the homepage, in the “Our Current Collection” section, you will find the latest collection from our house and can discover the products through selected outfits.
If you like a product, click “View Product” to go to the product page. There, you can select your desired size and add the item to your shopping bag.
You can view your selected items at any time by clicking on “Shopping Bag” at the top of the page. There, you can remove items if you change your mind.
To complete your order, click “Checkout” and follow the next steps in the checkout process.
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Shipping to these countries is free of charge.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract, or in the case of advance payment, upon receipt of payment, and includes processing, shipping and delivery.
Germany: 3–7 business days
Austria, France and Italy: 6–10 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped with insurance. Please inspect the shipment carefully upon receipt.
If the outer shipping packaging is damaged or there is any indication of transport damage, please document the condition of the shipment, where possible, before opening it with clear photos or videos. In particular, please photograph the outer packaging, any visible damage, the shipping label and, after opening, the inner packaging and the item itself.
Please keep the item, the inner packaging and the outer shipping packaging in full. Without sufficient documentation and the complete packaging, transport damage may not be traceable or claimable with the shipping carrier.
In this case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can review the damage and coordinate the next steps with you.
If your order has been delivered but one or more items are missing, please contact us immediately via our contact form. Please include your order number in the subject line so that we can assign your request accordingly.
To review the case, we kindly ask you to have, where possible, photos of the outer shipping packaging, the inside of the parcel, the items received and the shipping label ready. If there are any signs of damage, tampering or possible partial loss before opening the parcel, please document the condition of the shipment before opening it, where possible.
Please keep the parcel, the shipping packaging and all items received until the review has been completed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
