Shipping policy
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, France, and Italy. Shipping to these countries is free of charge.
The stated delivery times apply from the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, from receipt of payment) and include processing, shipping, and delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
Germany:
3–7 business days
Austria, France, and Italy:
6–10 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may be extended if the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including your tracking number. This allows you to track the shipping status of your order at any time.
In exceptional cases of delivery delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If possible, please send us photos of the damaged packaging and the goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
